the BBC is biased in favour of the EU

An independent panel has found that the BBC is biased in favour of the EU and refuses to show the sceptical arguments correctlyas is reported at EU Referendum and on the BBC website itself. Apparently the bias is not deleiberate but merely the product of the BBC culture.
